Ready-to-use program
What do you do in the event of a fire, accident or other emergency? You want to give visitors, suppliers and contractors proper instructions about this when they are on your property. And preferably also test whether they have really understood everything.
An A4 piece of paper with instructions is really out of date, but a video or customized program is pricey. Moreover, you don’t easily modify a customized program in the interim. That’s why eWorks has developed something new. A ready-to-use program that you can fill yourself with safety instructions that are important to you.
How it works
Our gate instruction is a program of standard safety instructions that you can customize to a company-specific product. For example, by adding your own photos, examples and instructions. Ideal if you ask us. Because if security issues change within your organization, you’ll have updated the gate instructions in no time.
In addition, you can add a number of building blocks:
- Remote login via mail or on site via a QR code.
- A test that allows you to measure and record whether instruction has been understood.
- A certificate that visitors can use as an access pass after taking the test.
Self-customizable or fully customized
By digitizing your safety instructions, you not only ensure a more efficient workflow. You also get good insight into visitor results and can create reports. You keep all records of visitors, contractors and suppliers in one system. We’ll explain exactly how it works during the one-time training.
